What You Will Do:
- Perform audits of installation and pull reports to ensure accuracy of asset database and ERP records
- Audit physical and systematic flow of returned assets
- Identify disposal opportunities for slow moving or obsolete inventory and initiate the scrap process to optimize inventory
- Maintain date records of asset locations and deployment status; reconcile physical inventory with assets register; investigate, resolve, and address any inconsistencies with all interested parties
- Develop relationships to improve process efficiency and responsiveness across the organization
- Partners with Operations, Field Service, and Sales to ensure assets are properly accounted for throughout the asset’s lifecycle.
- Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews of deployed assets
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant finance experience.
- Strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement approach
- Passionate about driving quality within a project organization
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required i.e., Pivot Tables, Macros, working with large amounts of data
- Read, write, and speak English fluently
- Work in an unsupervised environment
- Use a computer to communicate, create, and access information

- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to influence others and quickly establish trust, credibility, and rapport
- Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking capabilities and possess good troubleshooting skills
- High level of professionalism, energy, and sense of urgency to “make things happen”
- Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively.
- Regularly and predictably attend work and be punctual
- Work in excess of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week, as required to meet business needs

- Substantial movement (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers to use a computer.
- The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading.
- The employee is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures.
