Für ein international tätiges Handelsunternehmen im Bereich Lebensmittelimport suchen wir einen erfahrenen Sales Manager (m/w/d) für den Standort Hamburg.

Das Unternehmen ist auf den Import und Vertrieb hochwertiger Lebensmittel spezialisiert und arbeitet mit internationalen Produzenten sowie namhaften Handelsunternehmen im deutschen Markt zusammen.

Das Produktsortiment umfasst unter anderem:

  • Reis
  • Hülsenfrüchte
  • Gewürze
  • Tee

Zu den Kunden zählen etablierte Unternehmen aus dem deutschen Lebensmitteleinzelhandel.

Die Rolle

Gesucht wird eine vertriebsstarke Persönlichkeit mit fundierter Erfahrung im Bereich Lebensmittel, FMCG oder Großhandel.

Die Position verantwortet den Ausbau und die Betreuung strategischer Kundenbeziehungen im deutschen Markt sowie die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Vertriebsstrukturen.

Die Rolle ist vollständig vor Ort in Hamburg angesiedelt und beinhaltet regelmäßige Kundentermine.

Aufgaben

  • Aufbau, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel
  • Verantwortung für Vertriebsaktivitäten im Bereich importierter Lebensmittelprodukte
  • Akquise neuer Kunden und Ausbau bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenterminen, Verhandlungen und Präsentationen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien zur Umsatzsteigerung
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen sowie der Geschäftsführung
  • Verantwortung für Forecasts, Preisverhandlungen und Angebotsprozesse
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei Kundenterminen und Branchenevents

Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich Lebensmittel, FMCG oder Großhandel
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Handelsketten und Retail-Kunden in Deutschland
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis des deutschen Lebensmittelmarktes
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und professionelles Auftreten
  • Bereitschaft zu Kundenterminen und gelegentlichen Reisen
