なぜ募集するのか

チャネルトークは韓国に本社を置き、日本・アメリカへとグローバル展開を進めています。CEOは日本チームとの連携を重視し、約2週間に1回のペースで来日し、社内外のメンバーと直接対話する時間を大切にしています。言語の壁によって意思疎通のスピードや精度が落ちることを防ぎ、CEOが日本での時間を最大限意思決定とコミュニケーションに使えるようにするため、通訳・翻訳とスケジュール管理の両方を担うパートナーを求めています。単なる同時通訳ではなく、CEOの意図を汲み取り、日本チームとの橋渡しを主体的に行っていただける方を募集します。

業務内容

  • CEOの来日時（約2週間に1回）、日本チームの社内ミーティングに同席し日韓通訳を担当
  • 顧客・パートナー企業など社外ミーティングへの同席および通訳
  • 会議資料、メール、チャットでのコミュニケーションの翻訳
  • 来日スケジュールの事前調整（会議調整、会場・移動・宿泊手配など）
  • CEOの要請に応じて韓国を訪問し、会議通訳および業務サポート
