Deine Aufgaben:

Als Senior Product Marketing Manager entwickelst du aus komplexem Produktwissen klare und überzeugende Geschichten für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen. Du arbeitest im neu aufgebauten Team 'Product Knowledge Enablement' an der Schnittstelle von Product, Marketing, Sales und Customer Success und verbindest Hands-on Umsetzung mit strategischem Productmarketing.

  • Du entwickelst zielgruppengerechte Storylines und Botschaften für Kund:innen, Mitarbeitende, Sales, Marketing und Customer Success.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Marketing gestaltest du die Positionierung und das Messaging weiter und arbeitest die technischen USPs mit dem Product Management heraus.
  • Du planst Go-to-Market-Aktivitäten, Produktlaunches und Releases – von Zielgruppen und Kanälen bis zu Maßnahmen und KPIs.
  • Du erkennst eigenständig Lücken in der Produktkommunikation, der ICP-Aktivierung und der Wettbewerbsargumentation und schließt sie operativ.
  • Zudem baust du baust gemeinsam mit dem Team Strukturen und Formate für Product Knowledge Enablement auf und führst einen Direct Report.
  • Du erstellst wirkungsvolle Enablement-Formate wie One-Pager, Sales Stacks, Demoskripte, Argumentationsleitfäden sowie Trainings- und Eventmaterialien.

Das bist du:

  • Du bringst seniorige Erfahrung im Product Marketing sowie in Positionierung, Messaging und Storytelling mit.
  • Du hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis und idealerweise Erfahrung mit technischen Produkten und vermittelst komplexe Produktinhalte präzise, verständlich und zielgruppengerecht.
  • Du denkst strategisch, packst aber auch selbst mit an: Du entwickelst Konzepte und erstellst die dafür benötigten Inhalte und Materialien eigenständig.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, erkennst relevante Gaps frühzeitig und treibst Themen auch ohne vollständig vorgegebene Aufgaben voran.
  • Du kommunizierst verbindlich und durchsetzungsfähig, baust Brücken zwischen unterschiedlichen Bereichen und bleibst auch in unklaren Situationen resilient.
  • Du verfügst über Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsverständnis.
