Actualmente estamos en expansión y buscamos incorporar a una persona motivada a nuestro Departamento de Recursos Humanos con base en nuestra oficina de Querétaro..

Responsibilidades:

  • Coordinar reparaciones y servicios internos y externos de tractos y remolques en las distintas terminales.
  • Crear, asignar y dar seguimiento a las órdenes de trabajo de los técnicos, asegurando que se registren horas de mano de obra y refacciones utilizadas.
  • Recibir y atender los reportes de los operadores para agendar sus servicios preventivos y correctivos en cualquiera de las terminales.
  • Ser el punto de enlace entre el operador y el taller, dando seguimiento puntual y detallado a cada servicio.
  • Apoyar en la revisión y validación de facturas de proveedores externos, con enfoque en control de costos.
  • Mantener actualizada la información en los sistemas de la empresa (órdenes de reparación, facturas, próximos servicios e inspecciones).
  • Generar y analizar reportes del desempeño del taller en servicios y seguimientos.
  • Coordinarse con despacho, monitoreo, seguridad y customs para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad del equipo.
  • Discernir y priorizar entre urgencias según impacto operativo.

Requirements

  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado (escrito y verbal) — se usa a diario.
  • Experiencia en el sector transporte (indispensable).
  • Conocimiento comprobable de mecánica básica de equipo pesado: componentes y sistemas de tractos y remolques.
  • 2+ años en coordinación de servicios, mantenimiento o taller de equipo pesado.
  • Excel nivel intermedio-avanzado; Power BI es un plus.
  • Facilidad para aprender sistemas internos
  • Persona proactiva, comunicativa y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo entre departamentos.
  • Excelente organización y seguimiento al detalle.
  • Horario: lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00, con sábados alternados
