Responsabilidades:

  • Preparar cédulas detalladas de auditoría en cumplimiento con las regulaciones financieras mexicanas (por ejemplo, SAT).
  • Proporcionar a los auditores información oportuna y precisa, documentación de respaldo e investigaciones cuando sea requerido.
  • Coordinar con equipos de auditoría internos y externos para asegurar procesos fluidos.
  • Mantener trazabilidad y documentación de todos los procesos contables.
  • Participar en conciliaciones mensuales, trimestrales y anuales de cuentas del libro mayor (GL).
  • Depurar saldos pendientes y dar seguimiento a partidas en conciliación para asegurar exactitud.
  • Garantizar la integridad de la información del GL y la correcta clasificación de cuentas.
  • Elaborar reportes financieros.
  • Colaborar con distintas áreas para preparar presupuestos operativos anuales y trimestrales.
  • Revisar y monitorear presupuestos de cuentas asignadas del GL, destacando variaciones.
  • Recomendar e implementar mejoras en procesos y sistemas contables.
  • Conciliar facturas de proveedores con órdenes de compra y reportes de recepción.
  • Validar la correcta codificación contable conforme a políticas internas.
  • Asegurar el procesamiento oportuno de cuentas por pagar.

Requirements

  • Licenciatura en Contaduría, Finanzas o campo relacionado (CPA o certificación equivalente deseable).
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en contabilidad general o reportes financieros.
  • Experiencia previa trabajando con empresas mexicanas y conocimiento de regulaciones locales (indispensable).
  • Experiencia en auditorías y cumplimiento fiscal en México (regulaciones SAT, DIOT, CFDI, etc.).
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado.

Habilidades Técnicas:

  • Sólido conocimiento de GAAP, IFRS y normas de información financiera mexicanas.
  • Manejo de sistemas ERP/contables (por ejemplo, SAP, Oracle o NetSuite).
  • Excel avanzado.
