Actualmente, estamos buscando incorporar a un(a) Especialista en Atracción de Operadores motivado(a) y con experiencia para integrarse a nuestro Departamento de Recursos Humanos, ubicado en nuestras oficinas de Querétaro.

Horario: Lunes a sábado de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.

Responsabilidades del Puesto:

  • Gestionar el proceso de reclutamiento de conductores y mantener constantemente una base de candidatos potenciales.
  • Buscar, reclutar, filtrar y entrevistar (por teléfono y de manera presencial) a candidatos con experiencia como conductores mediante llamadas en frío, correo electrónico, bases de datos y plataformas de reclutamiento en internet.
  • Fomentar y mantener una cultura positiva, un rendimiento de calidad, un entorno seguro y una experiencia profesional positiva para los conductores.
  • Mantenerse informado sobre el mercado laboral local, así como sobre los procesos y políticas relacionados con los conductores.
  • Apoyar a los candidatos calificados en la finalización de sus solicitudes de empleo y asegurar que toda la documentación necesaria sea entregada por el candidato.
  • Administrar las horas de los conductores para minimizar el tiempo extra, manteniendo al mismo tiempo los estándares establecidos de servicio al cliente y métricas de entrega.
  • Realizar verificaciones de antecedentes, aplicar pruebas de manejo a los conductores y proporcionar la capacitación adecuada según sea necesario.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones, políticas y procedimientos de la empresa, clientes, OSHA y el Departamento de Transporte.
  • Realizar, revisar y documentar inspecciones de seguridad en las instalaciones, así como apoyar en la corrección de deficiencias identificadas.
  • Investigar accidentes vehiculares y lesiones de empleados. Preparar y presentar los reportes correspondientes según se requiera.
  • Desarrollar planes y programas locales de prevención de accidentes y lesiones.
  • Programar e impartir programas de capacitación e inducción. Dirigir reuniones mensuales de seguridad para empleados y conductores.

Requirements

  • De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en seguridad y capacitación (preferentemente en la industria del transporte). Se considera una ventaja contar con experiencia en el reclutamiento de conductores con licencia CDL o B1.
  • La experiencia previa en capacitación de conductores, reclutamiento y seguridad y cumplimiento normativo será considerada un plus.
  • Enfoque en seguridad, con conocimientos en HOS (Hours of Service), regulaciones del DOT y bienestar de los conductores.
  • Se considera una ventaja contar con al menos tres años de experiencia conduciendo camiones.
  • Sólido conocimiento de la industria del transporte de carga.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office.
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
  • Preferible manejar el idioma inglés.
