Naší dlouhodobou vizí je pomáhat těm nejzranitelnějším, kteří by jinak zůstali bez pomoci.Nízkoprahové zařízení pro děti a mládež Bongo je bezpečné místo, kde mohou dospívající aktivně využít volný čas a společně s pracovníky najít řešení svých problémů v nepříznivé sociální situaci.Popis pracovní pozice:• přímá práce s dětmi a mládeží ve věku od 10 do 26 let• zajištění skupinových a individuálních aktivit pro děti a mládež• příprava a realizace volnočasových, vzdělávacích a preventivních aktivit• administrativa spojená s poskytováním služby (vedení dokumentace klientů, aktualizace vnitřních předpisů)• individuální plánováníPožadujeme:• vzdělání: minimálně odborné vyučení bez maturity a odbornou způsobilost dle zákona 108/2006 Sb. o sociálních službách• komunikativnost, zodpovědnost, aktivita a dovednost pracovat samostatně i v týmu• dobré vyjadřovací a komunikační dovednosti, schopnost udržet si hranice ve vztahu s klientem• kladný a vstřícný přístup k dětem a mládeži• orientace v problematice sociálních služeb, znalost principů práce s dětmi a mládeží• znalost a praxe v oblasti sociálních služeb (není podmínkou)• řidičský průkaz skupiny B (výhodou), znalost práce na PC• způsobilost k právním úkonům, bezúhonnostNabízíme:• smysluplnou práci na zkrácený úvazek 0,4 (16 hodin/týden), s předpokladem dlouhodobé spolupráce• nástupní hrubou mzdu 10 280 Kč, po zapracování osobní ohodnocení, možnost odměn• 25 dní dovolené• zázemí stabilní organizace• možnost dalšího vzdělávání a další profesní rozvoj• pracovní dobu od pondělí do pátku, převážně v odpoledních hodinách (12.00–18.00 hod.)Nástup: od 1. 1. 2027Pokud vás zaujala nabídka a splňujete požadavky, zašlete e-mailem strukturovaný životopis s motivačním dopisem na e-mail: <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a> nebo poštou na adresu: Charita Týn nad Vltavou, Sakařova 755, 375 01 Týn nad Vltavou do 13. 11. 2026.
