z:6/10/2026 Sociální pracovník/pracovniceNáplň práce:- jednání se zájemci, uzavírání smluv, vedení dokumentace klientů, individuální plánování s klienty, práce na dosahování cílů s klienty (nácviky dovedností, doprovody, poradenství, motivování a poskytnutí podpory, vzdělávací a aktivizační činnosti s klienty), každodenní ranní porady týmu, dlouhodobá práce s klienty i intenzivní podpora v krizi- propagace služby- podílení se na tvorbě vnitřních norem a na administrativě střediska- účast na kolegiích, komunitním plánování, vzdělávání, supervizí, poradách- zaměstnávání osob s duševním onemocněním - podpora klientů, vyjednávání se zaměstnavateli.Požadujeme:- odbornou způsobilost pro výkon povolání dle zák. 108/2006 Sb. - způsobilost k právním úkonům, předložení výpisu z RT, zdravotní způsobilost - znalost práce s PC- řidičský průkaz skupiny B, aktivní řidič- schopnost samostatné práce i spolupráce v rámci týmu - komunikační schopnosti a dovednosti – zejména schopnost aktivně naslouchat a podávat zpětnou vazbu, asertivita- empatie, trpělivost. zodpovědnost, příjemné vystupování- schopnost nepodléhat manipulacím, udržovat hranice- schopnost asertivního jednání- schopnost sebereflexe - očkování proti žloutence typu B- zkušenost s prací s lidmi s duševním onemocněním, s prací v terénu je výhodou.Doporučené:- ochota se vzdělávat- pohotovost, dochvilnost- znalost psychiatrického minima. Nabízíme:- pracovní smlouvu na dobu určitou (1 rok) s možností prodloužení,- převážně práce v terénu v rámci multidisciplinárního týmu (psychiatr, psycholog, zdravotní sestry, sociální pracovníci) s osobami s vážným duševním onemocněním- skvělý pracovní tým- pracoviště ORP Třinec- finanční ohodnocení dle mzdového předpisu Charity Frýdek-Místek, 36,5 tis. - 37,5 tis.
