z:3/7/2026Náplň práce:- na základě indikace lékaře poskytování zdravotní péče v domácím prostředí klienta v oblasti Frýdku-Místku, Frýdlantu n. Ostravicí a jejich okolío realizace paliativní péče, péče o umírajícího i emocionální podpora i edukace rodiny - provádění odborných kvalifikovaných úkonů - používání služebního vozidla k výkonu práce- komunikace s klientem, jeho rodinou i lékařem - vedení ošetřovatelské dokumentace. Požadujeme: minimálně- odborná způsobilost pro výkon povolání- minimálně 2 roky praxe na lůžkovém oddělení- očkování proti hepatitidě B- předložení výpisu z RT- řidičský průkaz skupiny B- samostatnost, rozhodnost- spolehlivost, empatie- komunikační schopnosti, flexibilita- týmovost - ochota vzdělávat se- základní znalosti s PC- zkušenosti s metodou vlhké terapie ran - praktické dovednosti (pokud možno i kurz) při ošetřování centrálních žilních vstupů (PICC, PORT). Výběrové řízení je průběžné a dvoukolové, k ústnímu pohovoru budou pozváni vybraní kandidáti.
