SOCIÁLNÍ PRACOVNÍK/CE (M+Ž)Hledáme sociální pracovnici do Nízkoprahového zařízení pro děti a mládež Domino, která má vztah k dětem a mladým lidem a svou práci chce dělat srdcem. Našimi klienty jsou děti a mladí lidé, kteří vyrůstají v sociálně znevýhodněném prostředí nebo se nacházejí v obtížné životní situaci a potřebují bezpečné a podporující místo ve volném čase. Náplň práce: - sociální práce s klienty, vedení individuálních plánů, spisové dokumentace klientů a další související administrativa, podpora při řešení obtížných životních situací, ve kterých se klienti nacházejí- podílení se na přípravě a realizaci vzdělávacích a volnočasových aktivit v NZDM- spolupráce s vedoucí NZDM při aktualizaci standardů kvality sociální služby, pracovních postupů a metodik-spolupráce s okolními návaznými institucemi a organizacemi Pracovní doba: 7:30 -16:00, pátek 7:00-15:30, odpolední směny 9:30-18:00 Co očekáváme:- podmínkou je minimálně vyšší odborné nebo bakalářské vzdělání v oblasti sociální práce, sociální politiky či sociální pedagogiky dle zákona o sociálních službách č.108/2006 Sb. ( zájemci bez požadovaného vzdělání nebudou zařazeni do výběrového řízení)- znalost práce na PC, komunikační dovednosti - lidský a respektující přístup, empatii, zodpovědnost, samostatnost- ochotu pracovat s dětmi a mládeží romského etnika, vykonávat terénní práci v prostředí sociálně vyloučené lokality Janov dle aktuálního programu NZDM či individuálních potřeb klientůHledáme člověka, kterému bude záležet na tom, aby NZDM bylo pro děti bezpečným místem, kde najdou podporu, přijetí, pomoc a prostor pro smysluplnou náplň volného času či pro své zájmy a příležitost pro rozvoj svých schopnostíVýhodou je praxe v oblasti sociálních služeb či zkušenosti s dětmi a mládeží, vítáme člověka s dobrými nápady a kreativitou Zaměstnanecké výhody: 25 dnů dovolené, přátelský kolektiv, možnost dalšího vzdělávání, základní mzda 31.000 Kč + zvláštní příplatek 1300 Kč, po zkušební době osobní ohodnocení dle dosažené praxe a výkonu, po 1. roce pracovního poměru možnost prodloužení pracovní smlouvy HLÁSIT SE: Mgr.
