  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen workforce capability across the organization.

Drive Multi-Site Initiatives

  • Manage multiple projects and priorities across assigned manufacturing locations.
  • Establish milestones, deliverables, timelines, and reporting mechanisms to ensure successful execution.
  • Provide plant leaders with meaningful updates, coaching insights, and training performance metrics.
  • Share best practices across sites while driving consistency in training and capability-building processes.

  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, workforce capability development, or Operational Excellence.
  • Experience with Training Within Industry (TWI), Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence systems, or structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.
  • Experience with Dozuki, Learning Management Systems, or other manufacturing training platforms.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
