With an unwavering dedication to the success of students from every background, CSUSA is closing the gaps in achievement and opportunity, keeping our promise of Strong Minds, Good Hearts™.

Job Purpose

To join a team of people with the mission: Relentless Commitment to Student Greatness in School and in Life ™. If you love inspiring and motivating young learners and want to put students first in education, CSUSA is the right place for you. We deliver on our promise of Strong Minds, Good Hearts™ through an education model that gives every student the opportunity for success. Your goal will be to maximize educational achievement by employing differentiated instruction techniques that respect and respond to student diversity, as recommended by NAGC. You will implement self-contained gifted practices and inclusion strategies that promote engagement and achievement for all learners, ensuring that each student receives appropriate challenges and opportunities for growth. Frequent diagnostic assessments will help you evaluate student learning and provide appropriate activities that address their diverse needs.

Additionally, you will coordinate class field trips and prepare students for state-required achievement assessments. Staying current in your subject matter knowledge and learning theory, as well as in best practices for gifted education, is crucial. You will assist in the ongoing revision of the curriculum, including the selection of instructional materials that reflect NAGC standards for gifted education and align with the CSUSA Educational Model.

Maintaining a positive rapport with students while demonstrating patience and nurturing will be essential for their growth. You will ensure that the classroom is clean, safe, and showcases student-generated work. Implementing relevant policies governing student conduct and developing reasonable rules will help maintain order fairly and consistently.

Instructional Planning

Your responsibilities will include developing lesson plans consistent with established guidelines and objectives. You will plan individual and group learning activities tailored to meet instructional objectives and student needs, incorporating NAGC's recommendations for flexible grouping and curriculum compacting. Evidence of preparation for classes will be expected upon request from supervisory personnel. You will participate in curriculum planning meetings with other staff members and incorporate diagnostic information as required in students' Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Taking necessary precautions to protect supplies, equipment, and materials will be part of your planning.

School/Community Relations

Establishing cooperative relationships with parents and guardians is vital, and you will strive to communicate clearly and positively using appropriate mediums. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
