Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and assist customers visiting the showroom
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models
  • Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrate vehicle features
  • Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives
  • Provide accurate quotations, financing options, and sales proposals
  • Prepare and process sales-related documentation
  • Follow up on enquiries and nurture potential sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Keep up to date with new vehicle launches, products, and market trends

Requirements

  • Experience in Automotive Sales, Car Sales, Luxury Retail, Banking, Insurance, Property, Hospitality, Customer Service, Direct Sales, or Business Development will be advantageous
  • Strong communication, customer engagement, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards targets
  • Professional, well-groomed, and service-oriented
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays (off days on weekdays)
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (required)
