Checkout.com http://Checkout.com is looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing Global Talent Acquisition team. You will play a crucial role in our company’s growth and success by directly attracting, engaging, and identifying top talent for our teams globally. Supporting the Regional TA Lead to build better processes, codify hiring and give the best candidate experience! We are looking for a builder mentality.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Proactive Talent Sourcing: Actively identify, engage, and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
- Candidate Management: Guide candidates seamlessly through the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
- Hitting Hiring Targets: Contribute directly to our ambitious hiring roadmap by efficiently managing your pipeline and achieving assigned hiring goals.
- Building Relationships: Develop strong working relationships with candidates and hiring managers, acting as a key point of contact throughout the process.
- Optimizing Workflows: Support the team in identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Talent Acquisition function, embracing new tools and processes.
- Learning & Development: Actively seek feedback and guidance from Senior Recruiters and Principals, continuously developing your skills in sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management.

About You:
You are a motivated and aspiring talent acquisition professional with a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities.
- Foundational Experience: 4+ years in recruitment in UAE and/or Saudi Arabia is mandatory, including extensive experience in search and proactive headhunting for GTM roles.
- Growth Mindset: Eager to learn and develop quickly within a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment.
- Relationship Builder: Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Clear Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, articulate and capable of conveying information clearly.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: A strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple candidates and roles, and maintain a high level of organization.
- Data Aware: Understands the importance of data in tracking progress and can contribute to basic reporting of recruiting metrics.
- Open to Innovation: Receptive to adopting new technologies, including AI tools, to enhance efficiency and improve recruitment workflows.
- Driven for Development: Committed to continuous learning and actively seeking opportunities to grow your career within Talent Acquisition.
