Reportando al Ingeniero de Ventas y Servicio, el/la Ingeniero(a) de Servicio es responsable de brindar soporte técnico a clientes industriales, desarrollar relaciones de largo plazo y contribuir al crecimiento de nuestras operaciones de tratamiento fisicoquímico del agua. Si te apasiona la resolución de problemas técnicos, la atención al cliente y la mejora continua de procesos industriales, esta oportunidad es para ti.

Esta posición forma parte del área Comercial, ubicada en Tijuana, Baja California, y será en campo.

En este puesto, un día típico incluye:

  • Brindar soporte técnico en programas de tratamiento de agua a clientes industriales.
  • Realizar visitas de servicio, auditorías y evaluaciones de sistemas.
  • Diagnosticar y resolver problemas relacionados con ósmosis inversa, torres de enfriamiento y procesos fisicoquímicos.
  • Colaborar con el equipo comercial para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y nuevos proyectos.
  • Generar reportes técnicos y documentar el valor entregado a los clientes.
  • Coordinar el suministro de productos químicos e inventarios para garantizar la continuidad operativa.
  • Participar en arranques, revisiones de diseño y proyectos de mejora continua.
  • Promover una cultura de seguridad, calidad y excelencia en el servicio.

Los requisitos esenciales del puesto incluyen:

  • Ingeniería Química o carrera afín: titulado con al menos 2 años de experiencia en una posición similar, o pasante/carrera trunca con al menos 3 años.
  • Conocimiento en al menos uno o dos de los siguientes sistemas: ósmosis inversa, torres de enfriamiento, calderas o procesos fisicoquímicos.
  • Conocimientos en inventarios, materiales, manufactura e instalación de procesos.
  • Manejo básico de Excel y correo electrónico.
  • Residencia en Tijuana, Rosarito o Tecate.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajo en campo, visitas a clientes y atención ocasional de emergencias o mantenimientos en fin de semana.
  • Inglés intermedio (deseable).
