Ben jij een ervaren .NET Developer die op zoek is naar de volgende stap in je carrière? Deze functie biedt je de mogelijkheid om innovatieve projecten te ontwikkelen, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen in het team en tegelijkertijd je kennis te delen met anderen. In deze rol ontwikkel je niet alleen hoogwaardige applicaties, maar vervul je ook een leidinggevende rol bij diverse projecten. Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor klanten en helpt hen met strategisch advies en technische oplossingen.

Je werkt met moderne technologieën zoals .NET, ASP.NET en C#, en je vertaalt de behoeften van de klant naar robuuste, stabiele en schaalbare applicaties. Daarnaast ben je actief betrokken bij het coachen van junior en medior developers. Je deelt je expertise en helpt collegas om hun technische vaardigheden te verbeteren, bijvoorbeeld door het organiseren van workshops of het ontwikkelen van tutorials.

De ideale kandidaat heeft minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in .NET-ontwikkeling en is bekend met technologieën zoals TDD, CI/CD en Azure. Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding in IT is gewenst, en de kandidaat moet vloeiend Nederlands spreken.

Wat bieden wij? Je krijgt de vrijheid om te werken vanuit huis, op kantoor en bij de klant, met een prettige balans tussen werk en privé. Je werkt gemiddeld 3 dagen op kantoor, 2 dagen thuis en soms bij de klant. Wij bieden een aantrekkelijk salaris van 42.000 tot 70.000 per jaar, afhankelijk van ervaring. Daarnaast krijg je 25 vakantiedagen en een mobiliteitsbudget van 800 per maand.
