Vi leder nemlig efter en kok eller cater til vores nyåbnede kantine i København – en, der brænder for den gode mad, og som trives i et professionelt køkken med god stemning og et højt fagligt niveau.

Hvad går jobbet ud på?

Du bliver en del af et køkkenteam på 6 der hver dag laver mad til ca. 300 gæster.

Vi har fokus på velsmag og håndværk – gode råvarer, rene smage og mad lavet fra bunden, og vi stræber mod at tilbyde en gastronomisk oplevelse, som man ser frem til at nyde hver dag.

Dine vigtigste opgaver:

  • Tilberede dagens frokost og tage ansvar for produktionen – vi laver mad fra bunden
  • Bidrage med idéer og kreativitet til menuer og retter
  • Sørge for, at egenkontrol, råvarer og køkkendrift spiller
  • Tage aktiv del i det gode samarbejde i køkkenet – vi løfter i flok
  • Møde gæsterne med god energi og være med til at skabe en varm og indbydende kantine

Hvem er du?

Du er fagligt stolt, madglad og god til mennesker. Du har erfaring fra kantine, restaurant eller storkøkken – og du trives i en hverdag, hvor der både skal laves mad og tænkes i løsninger.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Er uddannet kok eller cater
  • Elsker at lave mad til mange – og stadig kræser for detaljen
  • Har styr på egenkontrol og struktur
  • Er god til at samarbejde og bidrager til god stemning i køkkenet
