Deine Herausforderung

Mit deiner Erfahrung, Kompetenz und deinem Weitblick stellst du den reibungslosen Betrieb sicher und begeisterst als charismatischer Gastgeber deine Gäste, die du zu treuen Stammkunden entwickelst. Fachkundige Betreuung, Beratung und Bedienung der Kundschaft gehören zu deinem Alltag. Als Teamplayer arbeitest du partnerschaftlich mit unseren lokalen Geschäftskunden zusammen und sorgst mit Event\- und Kommunikationsaktivitäten dafür, dass die Bekanntheit und Frequenz deines Standorts in Thalwil kontinuierlich wächst. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du standortübergreifende Führungsaufgaben: Du coachst die beiden anderen Standortleiter (Thun und Basel), stehst ihnen bei betrieblichen und personellen Fragen als Sparringspartner zur Seite und förderst die gemeinsame Weiterentwicklung unserer Standorte. Flexibilität ist für dich selbstverständlich – auch bei Abendanlässen und Einsätzen an Samstagen.

Dein Profil

  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Weinbranche
  • Fundierte Führungs\- und Coachingkompetenz
  • Ausbildung in Hotellerie/Gastronomie, idealerweise WSET Level 3
  • Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Eigenverantwortung
  • Schweizer Sprachkenntnisse und sehr gutes Englisch
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und stilsicheres Auftreten
  • Tadelloser Leumund
