Client Care Specialist

  • Location: East Singapore
  • Schedule: 6 days/week (Includes Weekends & PH)

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily walk-in customer enquiries to provide timely and effective service
  • Oversee data management and correspondence with company suppliers to ensure smooth operational workflows
  • Collaborate with team members to build and strengthen the company’s client care team
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance the company’s client experience processes
  • Communicate clearly in English to assist a diverse range of clients and partners
