Are you passionate about building the systems and data that keep a global food manufacturer running efficiently?
As the Systems Manager, you will leads the team responsible for governing and maintaining accurate, reliable formula, ingredient, label, and manufacturing data. This role establishes data standards and controls, partners with business and IT teams, and drives system and process improvements that support compliant, efficient operations.
This role is on-site four day/week with one day remote based out of our Bryn Mawr location.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Systems team; set priorities, performance expectations, and service standards.
- Own governance for formula, ingredient, label, and manufacturing master data, including standards, accountability, and controls.
- Maintain and enforce Systems policies, procedures, and data quality requirements.
- Monitor data accuracy and process performance; resolve issues, address root causes, and drive measurable improvement.
- Partner with Information Technology and business functions to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, test changes, and implement solutions.
- Lead data integration, validation, and migration activities across company operating systems.
- Use data analysis and reporting to identify trends and communicate data quality, workload, service, and project performance to senior management.
- Develop and maintain role-based training for Systems staff, data owners, and system users.
- Travel approximately 10–20% to support operations, projects, and training.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, information systems, business, or a related field required.
- Ten or more years of relevant food industry, data, or systems experience required.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives required.
- Experience with data governance, master data, data quality, and process controls required.
- Strong data analysis, project management, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills required.
- Advanced proficiency with ERP or manufacturing systems, reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word required.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills required.

Compensation: $106,000 -$140,000/annually
