Step right up! Our Director-in-Training program is your ticket to becoming a superstar School Director. This isn't just any training -- it's a vibrant, hands-on 3-month adventure, including a one-week onsite boot camp in beautiful Clayton, NC, where you'll dive into everything from hiring your dream team and mastering budgets to rocking marketing and curriculum know-how.

What Your Days Will Look Like:

  • Rolling up your sleeves for hands-on training in hiring, team-building, budgeting, marketing, and curriculum magic
  • Leading recruitment, training, and supporting your amazing staff while keeping everything state-compliant
  • Supervising and inspiring your team, juggling staffing schedules, and handling substitutes like a pro
  • Building warm, lasting connections with families and staff -- because people matter most!
  • Hosting fun, informative tours that welcome new families into our community

  • Tackling administrative tasks (billing, payroll, records) with ninja-like precision

Who We're Looking For:

  • A leader with 1--3 years of experience in early childhood education or a similar leadership role
  • Someone with a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Certified or licensed as required by your state -- you know the drill!
  • A communication champ with a heart for kids, families, and staff
  • A multitasking master who can juggle schedules, tasks, and surprises with grace
  • Flexible, hands-on, and ready to jump in wherever needed
