Job Description:

  • Contract Formulation & Letting: Drafts, reviews, and negotiates legally binding head contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders to ensure compliance and mitigate commercial risk.
  • Progress Claim & Payment Valuation: Reviews subcontractor progress claims, evaluates on-site work completed, and issues interim payment certificates.
  • Compliance & Notice Management: Tracks project milestones and ensures all mandatory contract notices, insurance certificates, and security bonds are actively maintained and legally served on time.
  • To submit progress claim and other submission via in-house system.
  • Any other duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly advancedExcel for cost tracking) and specialized project management software.
  • Fluent in written English and Mandarin due to in-house system from HQ is Mandarin-based internal software.
