Job Description:

  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), method statements, and quality procedures.
  • Structural Inspection: Inspect reinforcement, formwork, concrete casting, structural steel, precast concrete, and other structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Architectural Inspection: Inspect blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, ceilings, doors, windows, façade, and other architectural finishing works.
  • Inspection and Testing: Coordinate site inspections with consultants and clients, prepare Inspection Requests (IR), and monitor material testing and test reports.
  • Quality Documentation: Maintain inspection checklists, material approvals, test certificates, quality records, and handover documentation.
  • Non-Conformance Management: Identify defects, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), coordinate corrective actions, and verify rectification works.
  • Site Coordination and Handover: Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure quality compliance, conduct snagging inspections, monitor defect rectification, and prepare quality documents for project handover.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work & in accordance to BCA's good industry practice.
  • Ensure that all project quality records & quality audit plans are maintained.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in construction or civil engineering industry.
  • Candidate with LTA or MRT experience will be an added advantage
  • 6 Working Days per week.
  • To be based in project site office.
  • Working Location: Tampines.
