Job Description

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining site safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe acts, potential hazards and unsafe working conditions.
  • Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with Singapore MOM and WSH regulations.
  • Conduct safety induction briefings, toolbox meetings and safety training for site workers.
  • Maintain and update safety documentation, including inspection reports, risk assessments and WSH records.
  • Report accidents, near misses and unsafe conditions, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with site management, engineers, subcontractors and workers on safety-related matters.

Requirements

  • Possess a valid Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) or equivalent recognized qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant construction site safety experience.
  • Possess a valid safety supervisor certificate, such as Supervise Construction Work for WSH (formerly BCSS).
  • Familiar with Singapore MOM and WSH regulations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work effectively with different site teams.
