1、资源规划与布局 制定/更新调整区域数据中心资源中长期规划，结合市场需求与政策导向，优化 IDC 资源布局，提升资源利用率与竞争力；分析行业动态与竞争对手布局，提出差异化选址与资源配置策略； 2、 资源选址与获取 参与数据中心项目选址踏勘、尽职调查与技术评估，覆盖地理安全、电力供应、网络资源、政策合规、气候条件、地质稳定性等核心维度；对齐保障资源选址资源与资源规划一致，对资源储备进度、资源成熟度和资源供应链风险进行监管。 3. 资源运营管理 运营管理公司资源中台，协同其他各部门进行资源规划、资源运营、资源决策汇报等工作。 保障资源运营大盘底层数据及时有效性，迭代优化资源平台功能；协同设计团队完成地块预规划方案，提供选址土地技术参数支持；协同窗口申报团队，衔接资源申报计划与规模；协同集团运营团队，提供资源消纳与规划状态；根据客户需求和市场生态等因素及时调整储备策略；根据储备水位及时发起储备立项

1. 学历与专业 本科及以上学历，电气工程、暖通、建筑、城市规划等相关专业优先 2. 工作经验 3-5 年以上数据中心选址、规划或基础设施相关工作经验有大型 IDC 项目选址全流程经验者优先 熟悉数据中心从规划、选址到建设交付的全流程，了解行业最新技术趋势与政策动态 具备优秀的报告撰写、数据分析与逻辑推理能力，能独立输出专业选址评估报告 熟悉数据中心相关标准规范（GB50174、Uptime Tier、TIA-942）及地方政策要求 有大厂计划管理、供应链管理或模块交付经验优先。 3. 软技能与其他 具备出色的跨部门沟通协调能力，能高效对接内、外多方资源； 具备敏锐的风险识别能力，能提前预判规划、选址过程中的技术、合规与成本风险； 学习能力强，能快速掌握新政策、新技术对数据中心选址的影响； 可接受频繁出差，适应项目现场踏勘与跨区域工作需求；
