Das Chinderhuus Simsala in Windisch und Brugg ist ein lebhafter Betrieb und bietet rund 380 Kindern im Alter von drei Monaten bis Ende Primarschule familien- und schulergänzende Betreuung.

Per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine/n

Köchin/Koch EFZ 90% / Montag – Freitag

Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer/einem begeisterten Köchin/Koch, welche/r die Motivation und Freude mitbringt, gemeinsam mit zwei Mitarbeitenden der Versorgung, einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Verpflegung für unsere verschiedenen Standorte zu gewährleisten. Pro Woche werden bis 800 Mahlzeiten für 4 Standorte in unserer zentralen Küche in Windisch zubereitet und ausgeliefert.

Deine Aufgaben: • Hauptverantwortung für die gesamte Planung, Beschaffung, Zubereitung und Verteilung der Verpflegung • Ausgewogene Menüplanung • Führen Mitarbeitende Versorgung • Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung des Abteilungsbudgets • Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung und Umsetzung sämtlicher Hygienevorschriften • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Konzepten und Strukturen in der Versorgung • Zusammenarbeit mit der operativen Leitung

Das bringst du mit: • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ zwingend • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position (Verpflegung von grossen (Kinder-) Gruppen) • Fundiertes Wissen über Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten beim Essen • Leidenschaft für gesundes und ausgewogenes Kochen für Kinder sowie hohe Qualitätsansprüche • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise • Freude im Umgang mit Kindern • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse zwingend • Führerausweis Kategorie B und einwandfreien Leumund
