Stellenbeschrieb Du möchtest Kleinstkinder in ihrer Entwicklung begleiten, Verantwortung übernehmen und dein Fachwissen weitergeben? Dann bist du bei uns richtig! Im Chinderhuus Wohlen betreuen wir Kinder ab sechs Monaten bis zum Kindergartenalter. Für unsere Kleinstkindergruppe suchen wir eine engagierte und herzliche Fachperson, die mit pädagogischem Fachwissen, Humor und Einfühlungsvermögen den Alltag unserer Kinder gestaltet und die Zusammenarbeit im Team aktiv mitprägt. Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst gemeinsam mit einer Teamkollegin die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung unserer Kleinstkindergruppe Du gestaltest einen abwechslungsreichen, altersgerechten Alltag, der die individuellen Bedürfnisse und Entwicklungsschritte der Kinder berücksichtigt Du unterstützt deine Teamkollegin und begleitest unsere Lernende im Berufsalltag mit Fachwissen, Geduld und Engagement Du pflegst eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern und Erziehungsberechtigten Das bringst du mit

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ, Fachrichtung Kinder Abgeschlossener Berufsbildnerkurs Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationstalent und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und an der Begleitung von Lernenden Eine wertschätzende, offene und humorvolle Haltung gegenüber Kindern, Eltern und Mitarbeitenden Gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse sowie Verständnis und sichere Kommunikation in Schweizerdeutsch Das bieten wir dir
