Stellenbeschrieb Bist Du auf der Suche nach einer Kita mit gutem Betreuungsschlüssel, guten Arbeitsbedingungen, regelmässigen Bürozeiten, guter Entlöhnung und Reinigungshilfe? Per 04.01.2027 suchen wir für unsere Gruppe eine Fachperson Betreuung (Miterzieherin). Die Gruppe betreut 12 Kinder pro Tag. Auf der Gruppe arbeiten zwei ausgelernte Fachkräfte mit gesamthaft 190% Stellenprozenten, zwei Lernende und eine Praktikantin oder Betreuerin, der oder die die Schultage der Lernenden abdeckt. Wir wünschen uns eine Fachperson Betreuung , welcher- ..emphatisch ist und der Teamarbeit am Herzen liegt. ..gerne eng mit allen anderen vier Gruppen zusammenarbeitet. ..den Austausch mit dem Team mag und auch Kompromisse eingehen kann. ..andere Mitarbeiterinnen so behandelt, wie auch sie behandelt werden möchte. ..Erfahrung mitbringt im Anleiten von Lernenden oder eine Praktikantin anleiten kann und es schätzt, dass eine Fachbereichsleitung Ausbildung dabei unterstützt. ..bedürfnisorientiert und einfühlsam mit den Kindern arbeitet und jedes Kind als Individuum sieht. .. an der Entwicklung und Pädagogik mit den Kindern interessiert ist und sich regelmässig an Sitzungen mit der Fachbereichsleitung Pädagogik über die Kinder austauscht. .. die Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern schätzt und gerne Elterngespräche durchführt. ..organisatorische und planerische Fähigkeiten hat. Berufserfahrung im Betreuungsbereich. Erfahrung in der Elternarbeit und mit Elterngesprächen.
