Location - Holy Spirit, Dubbo, NSW $33.20 base rate + superannuation + Not for profit benefits Casual shifts available - must have 3 days availability minimum Not‑for‑profit salary packaging benefits (increase your take‑home pay)

  Holy Spirit, Dubbo, a Residential Aged Care home, is seeking a reliable and caring Catering Assistant who may be open to a Housekeeping shift also to join our friendly hospitality team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll support daily food services and help create a positive dining experience for our residents.   What you’ll be doing:

Assisting with meal preparation, plating, and service Maintaining kitchen, servery, and dining area cleanliness Following food safety, hygiene, and infection control standards Supporting residents with warm, respectful meal service Working collaboratively with chefs and care team

  About you:

A heart and passion for providing high quality care to the elderly Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) – desirable but not essential Good understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people Able to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families NDIS and Police check clearance or willing to obtain Ability to work flexible casual shifts
