Camarero(a) de Habitaciones (Room Attendant)

El rol del Camarero(a) de Habitaciones es garantizar la satisfacción del huésped al 100% proporcionando una habitación limpia, cómoda y segura.

Responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Generar satisfacción del huésped y superar sus expectativas brindando el comportamiento de servicio de la marca y hospitalidad genuina.
  • De acuerdo con los estándares de la marca, limpiar las habitaciones o suites asignadas, lo que incluye hacer las camas, aspirar, limpiar el polvo, organizar el mobiliario si es necesario y limpiar el baño.
  • Mantener los protocolos de limpieza.
  • Vaciar todos los contenedores de basura y reemplazarlos con bolsas limpias.
  • Reabastecer los artículos utilizables en habitaciones o suites, como jabón, toallas, amenidades y artículos de papel.
  • Garantizar la correcta recolección y manejo de bandejas, vasos y cubiertos de las habitaciones.
  • Limpiar y aspirar entradas exteriores y pasillos.
  • Mantener armarios de ropa blanca y áreas de suministros limpias y organizadas.
  • Asegurar que los pedidos de lavandería y tintorería de los huéspedes se atiendan con prontitud.
  • Informar de inmediato al supervisor sobre cualquier situación especial en la habitación o necesidades de mantenimiento.
  • Gestionar solicitudes o quejas de los huéspedes y escalar al supervisor cuando sea necesario.
  • Asegurar que todas las habitaciones estén correctamente cerradas al salir de ellas.
  • Crear una experiencia Radisson que garantice la satisfacción total del huésped mediante estándares de hospitalidad genuina.

  • Escuchar, disculparse con empatía, encontrar una solución y dar seguimiento al resolver problemas del huésped.
  • Proporcionar hospitalidad genuina bajo el enfoque “Yes I Can!” de manera constante.
  • Asumir la responsabilidad de identificar cuando un huésped no está satisfecho y actuar con criterio para resolverlo.
  • Desempeñar otras funciones necesarias para brindar hospitalidad genuina.

Requisitos / Habilidades:

  • Experiencia mínima de un año en hospitalidad, preferiblemente en housekeeping.
  • Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y comunicarse eficazmente.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente o en equipo.
  • Gran atención al detalle.
  • Compromiso con el servicio excepcional al huésped.
  • Capacidad para limpiar múltiples tipos de habitaciones y cumplir con el estándar diario.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar horarios flexibles, incluyendo fines de semana y días festivos.
  • Cumplimiento con las políticas y procedimientos del hotel.
