CHONGQING FOOD LIMITED T/A CHONGQING NODDLEAPT 1, 168 CAPLE STREET DUBLIN 1 looking for a passion chef de partie to join the team.39 HOURS PER WEEKResponsibilities:Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely mannerFollow recipes and presentation specificationsOperate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain highest level of hygiene standards whilst adhering to health & safety standardsAssist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipmentRestock items as needed throughout the shiftAdhere to all food hygiene & safety standardsAttend training as requiredCarry out any other reasonable request from a member of managementRequirementMinimum 2 years’ experience in a kitchen at Chef de Partie with chinese dishPassion for cooking and eagerness to develop new skillsStrong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen*Maintaining high level of health and safety standards.
