  • Predict subsurface drivers for well performance and assist in defining type curve areas within project areas.
  • Perform pre-drill execution risk assessments on all proposed new drill locations.
  • Participate in due diligence efforts for acquisitions and divestitures (A&D), providing key geological assessments and technical support.
  • Assist the Business Development Group with subsurface evaluation around deal flow and "grass roots" opportunities.

  • Maintain and manage internal geologic databases to ensure data integrity across teams.
  • Prepare clear reports, visual presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in organizational best practices, subsurface tools, and evaluation workflows.
  • Stay current on industry trends, technical advancements, and best practices in petroleum geology and reservoir management.

  • Unconventional Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience in the evaluation and development of unconventional resource plays.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong cross-functional communication and team-building skills, with an ability to communicate complex geological concepts to non-geologists.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
