Vi søger en dygtig og passioneret Souschef til at hjælpe med at lede vores kulinariske team. Denne afgørende rolle kræver en erfaren kok med en dyb forståelse for madforberedelse og køkkenledelse, der er i stand til at udføre menuelementer til højeste standarder og drive kulinarisk ekspertise. Souschefen vil være afgørende for at forme menuudvalget og fastsætte kvalitetsstandarder.

  • Overvåg hele køkkenets drift og sikre problemfri madservice og enestående kvalitet.
  • Udvikle og finjustere menuelementer, inkorporere feedback for at forbedre smagsprofiler og præsentation.
  • Lede, træne og mentorere køkkenpersonalet, fremme en kultur af excellence og kontinuerlig forbedring.
  • Styre køkkenets arbejdsgange, lagerbeholdning og budgettering for at maksimere effektivitet og omkostningseffektivitet.
  • Opretholde de højeste standarder for renlighed og overholdelse af fødevaresikkerhedsregler.
  • Samarbejde med ledelsen for at afstemme kulinariske strategier med restaurantens overordnede vision.
