Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Planung und Organisation interner Marketingabläufe
  • Planung und Durchführung interner Foto- und Videoshootings
  • Eigenständige Koordination und Abwicklung der Produktion von Druckmaterialien mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Gestaltung ansprechender Werbemittel (z. B. Flyer, Visitenkarten und Plakate aber auch Inhalte für unsere Websites und Social Media Kanäle)
  • Planung und Ausführung von Social Media Kampagnen
  • Inhalte der Website pflegen

Stellenbeschreibung

Zur Verstärkung unseres Create-Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine sehr organisierte und zugleich kreative Allrounder-Persönlichkeit, die den Überblick behält und eigenständig arbeitet.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört die Gestaltung von Werbemitteln wie Flyern, Visitenkarten und Plakaten sowie die direkte Produktionsabwicklung mit externen Dienstleistern. Grundlegende Design-Skills und Erfahrung mit Canva sind dabei von großem Vorteil.

Ein sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools (insbesondere Claude und Claude Code) ist hilfreich, aber kein Muss. Da wir viele unserer täglichen Aufgaben mithilfe von KI automatisiert haben, solltest du aber in jedem Fall offen für die Nutzung dieser sein!

Wenn du ein ausgesprägtes Organisationstalent, ein Auge für's Detail und kreatives Gespür miteinander verbindest, freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung!

  • Organisationstalent
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise insbesondere im Setzen und Nachhalten von Deadlines für dich selbst und andere
  • Grundlegende Design-Skills (Erfahrung mit Canva und ähnlichen Programmen von Vorteil)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Meta, SEO/SEA von Vorteil
  • Deutsch-Kenntnisse mindestens auf C1 Niveau
