Afin de continuer à offrir une prise en charge personnalisée pour tous les patients de tous les âges, le CHR Haute Senne recherche de nouveaux collaborateurs. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un pharmacien passionné pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Le CHR Haute Senne est un hôpital à taille humaine et en évolution permanente. Située dans un environnement calme et vert, notre institution a pour objectif de rester à la pointe de l’expertise médicale et technologique en soutenant ses équipes afin d’offrir les meilleurs soins à nos patients.

Le défi que nous vous proposons :

  • En collaboration avec le pharmacien chef de service et les pharmaciens adjoints, vous assurez l’approvisionnement des unités de soins et des services médico-techniques en médicaments, préparations stériles et non-stériles et en dispositifs médicaux ainsi que leur tarification ;
  • Vous collaborez à l’amélioration continue de la qualité des prestations du service et vous participez au développement de programmes de qualité pluridisciplinaires ;
  • Vous participez à l’optimisation de la prise en charge médicamenteuse du patient ;
  • Vous participez au suivi et à la gestion des prescriptions médicales informatisées ;
  • Vous participez au rôle de garde.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes titulaire du diplôme de pharmacien ou vous êtes en dernière année de Master en Sciences pharmaceutiques ;
  • Vous êtes inscrit à l’ordre des pharmaciens ;
  • Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques ;
  • Vous possédez de bonnes capacités d’organisation, un sens de la communication et des responsabilités et un esprit d’équipe ;
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur et d’analyse et êtes orienté solution ;
  • Une expérience dans le secteur de la pharmacie hospitalière est un atout.
