Afin de continuer à offrir une prise en charge personnalisée pour tous les patients de tous les âges, le CHR Haute Senne recherche de nouveaux collaborateurs. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) pharmacien(ne) passionné(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Le CHR Haute Senne est un hôpital à taille humaine et en évolution permanente. Située dans un environnement calme et vert, notre institution a pour objectif de rester à la pointe de l’expertise médicale et technologique en soutenant ses équipes afin d’offrir les meilleurs soins à nos patients.

Le défi que nous vous proposons :

  • Les activités cliniques liées aux secteurs du circuit du médicament, de la pharmacie clinique et des soins transmuraux (au sein de la pharmacie / en unité de soins) ;
  • La collaboration aux autres activités pharmaceutiques en lien avec le secteur production, le circuit du médicament et les dispositifs médicaux ;
  • La collaboration constructive avec les équipes multidisciplinaires de l’institution ;
  • La communication scientifique de qualité aussi bien en interne qu’en externe ainsi que le maintien et la mise à jour de vos connaissances scientifiques en lien avec votre fonction ;
  • La participation aux projets de développement de la pharmacie, à la rédaction de procédures et protocoles, à l’amélioration continue de la qualité, au processus d’accréditation hospitalière, aux activités correspondantes aux comités de concertation ;
  • L’encadrement du personnel et la formation des étudiants et des nouveaux collaborateurs ;
  • La participation au rôle de garde.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes titulaire du diplôme de pharmacien ;
  • Vous disposez de la spécialisation en pharmacie hospitalière ou êtes en dernière année du master de spécialisation ;
  • Vous êtes en ordre d’agrément et êtes inscrit à l’ordre des pharmaciens ;
  • Vous avez de bonnes connaissances informatiques et maitrisez les outils utilisés dans la fonction ;
  • Vous possédez de bonnes capacités d’organisation, un esprit d’équipe et un sens de la communication et des responsabilités ;
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur et d’analyse et êtes orienté solution.
