Le CHR Haute Senne recherche un.e stagiaire motivé.e pour rejoindre notre service de développement des ressources humaines.

Le CHR Haute Senne est un hôpital à taille humaine et en évolution permanente. Située dans un environnement calme et vert, notre institution a pour objectif de rester à la pointe de l’expertise médicale et technologique en soutenant ses équipes afin d’offrir les meilleurs soins à nos patients.

Le défi que nous vous proposons:

  • De collaborer à la conception, au développement, à la mise en œuvre et à l’évaluation de dispositifs, de processus et d’outils en ressources humaines tels que le recrutement, la formation, la gestion de carrière, la gestion des compétences ;
  • De participer aux différents projets du service ;
  • De collaborer à la préparation et au suivi de la communication RH à destination de l’interne et de l’externe ;
  • De vous former concrètement aux pratiques RH en matière de soft skills.

Votre profil :

  • Etudiant en master en gestion des ressources humaines, Sciences du travail ou sciences de gestion;
  • La maitrise de l’outil informatique et de la suite office ;
  • Une capacité d’écoute active, d’empathie, de communication mais également pour une réactivité ainsi que de la rigueur ;
  • Une collaboration et un travail en équipe performant ;
  • Un intérêt pour le monde hospitalier.
