The posting

Hledáme 2 osoby na hlavní pracovní poměr do dvou až třísměnného provozu (6:00 - 14:00; 14:00 - 22:00, 22:00 - 6:00) na pozici předáka směny. Naše firma se zabývá zpracováním prádla z nemocnic, hotelů a dalších subjektů. Vaší náplní práce bude dohled nad dodržováním zakázek a plánů výroby a zajištění jejich včasného a kvalitního dokončení, přesné předávání pokynů od vedení směrem k zaměstnancům a zpětná vazba pro nadřízené, dohled nad dodržováním BOZP, hygienických norem a udržováním čistoty na pracovišti.Požadujeme zkušenosti s vedením lidí - schopnost motivovat tým, řešit konflikty a jasně komunikovat pokyny, organizační schopnosti - schopnost reagovat na potřeby týmu i na nečekané situace v provozu. Dále požadujeme komunikační dovednosti - jasnou a srozumitelnou komunikaci s podřízenými i nadřízenými, dobrou fyzickou i psychickou kondici, pracovitost, spolehlivost, časovou flexibilitu a zodpovědnost. K pracovnímu pohovoru je nutné doložit životopis. K nástupu do pracovního poměru je nutné mít platné osobní doklady - občanský průkaz, karta pojištěnce ZP, potvrzení o pobírání důchodu - pokud náleží, lékařskou prohlídku, dále doklad o vzdělání a zápočtový list z předchozího zaměstnání.Nabízíme práci v zavedené a prosperující společnosti s moderními technologiemi v dostupné lokalitě Štětí a v příjemném pracovním prostředí, odpovídající a motivační finanční ohodnocení dle praxe a zkušeností, příspěvek na dopravu do zaměstnání až 2.070 Kč za měsíc, příspěvek na stravování - stravenkový paušál 129 Kč/den, odměnu při pracovním výročí podle délky zaměstnání, odměnu při životních výročích, odměnu při odchodu do důchodu, příspěvek na zdravotní preventivní péči 700 Kč za měsíc, příspěvek dárcům krve 1000 Kč za odběr. Nástup ihned nebo dle dohody. Pracovní poměr zpočátku na dobu určitou, ale vždy s možností prodloužení nebo sjednání na neurčito dle zapracování.
