Unterstützen Sie die Leitung unseres Gebäudemanagements bei ihren vielfältigen Aufgaben und werden Sie Teil unseres Teams. Sie helfen mit, eine schöne und sichere Umgebung zu schaffen, in der sich unsere Kinder und Jugendlichen wohlfühlen. Am Standort Prenzlauer Berg befinden sich zwei unserer Schulen in einem denkmalgeschützten Gebäude, das sich noch im Sanierungsprozess befindet. Auch an den Standorten Hellersdorf und Spandau fallen immer wieder Umbau-, Instandhaltungs- und Sanierungsarbeiten an. Weitere Standorte und Einrichtungen sind in Planung.

Das erwarten wir von Ihnen

  • eine handwerkliche oder technische Qualifikation und technisches Verständnis über verschiedene Gewerke hinweg (z. B. Elektro, Sanitär, Bau)
  • ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit zur Motivation und Führung von Kollegen auf Augenhöhe
  • relevante Berufserfahrung ist vorteilhaft, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • sichere Anwenderkenntnisse im Umgang mit Bürosoftware (vorrangig MS-Office)
  • eine lebendige Beziehung zu Jesus Christus

Ihre Aufgaben

  • aktive Mitarbeit bei handwerklichen Tätigkeiten (z. B. Reparaturen, Installationen, Wartung), insbesondere bei Notfällen oder zeitkritischen Reparaturen
  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Überwachung von Bau- und Sanierungsarbeiten, z. B. Kommunikation mit internen Akteuren, externen Fachplanern, Firmen und Behörden
  • Anleitung, Einweisung und Unterstützung der hauseigenen Handwerker und Hausmeister im Tagesgeschäft; Material- und Möbelbestellungen
  • Kompetente Unterstützung im Bereich Arbeitsschutz und Brandschutz, ggf. mit Funktion Brandschutzbeauftragte/-r und/oder Arbeitssicherheitsbeauftragte/-r
  • Pflege von Arbeitsprotokollen, Checklisten und ggf. Wartungsplänen
  • Kontrolle der Arbeitsausführung auf Qualität, Sicherheit und Effizienz
