understand the guests in front of them, and adapt their communication style accordingly.

You must also be comfortable confidently selling automotive services

Our goal is to provide every guest with clear, accurate, and understandable information so they can confidently make informed decisions about their vehicle.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting every guest with a smile, genuine hospitality, professionalism, and respect
  • Build lasting guest relationships through trust, communication, consistency, and follow-through
  • Listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and accurately document guest concerns and vehicle information
  • Clearly explain vehicle systems, inspection findings, repair needs, and maintenance recommendations in a way each guest can understand
  • Prepare complete and accurate repair estimates using Christian Brothers Automotive's established estimating tools, processes, and standards
  • Accurately research and verify labor operations, labor times, parts, pricing, and repair requirements
  • Confidently present recommended services in clear professional manner
  • Professionally communicate service value, and provide guests with the information necessary to make informed decisions
  • Obtain proper authorization and maintain proactive communication throughout the repair process
  • Manage multiple repair orders and priorities while maintaining accuracy, organization, and
  • attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate documentation and consistently follow established processes from vehicle check-in through final delivery
  • Ensure all repairs are performed to proper specifications
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and team members to maintain an efficient workflow and exceptional guest experience
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude throughout the workday – work together as a team
  • Shuttle guests as needed in CBA branded vehicle
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Ability and willingness to listen, learn, and consistently execute Christian Brothers
  • Automotive's proprietary estimating tools, processes, and procedures
  • Ability to understand technical automotive information and confidently communicate it at both a technical and non-technical level

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
