Die Christian Cavegn AG ist ein Transportunternehmen mit Hauptsitz in Landquart sowie weiteren Standorten in der ganzen Schweiz und zählt heute zu den führenden Anbietern im Bereich von temperaturgeführten Lebensmitteltransporten in der Schweiz.

Seit 2025 ist Christian Cavegn AG Teil der STEF Schweiz bzw. der STEF\-Gruppe. Zusammen verfügen wir über ein nationales Transportnetzwerk sowie die entsprechende Logistikinfrastruktur zur Lagerung und Kommissionierung von temperaturgeführten Produkten.

Gemeinsam offerieren wir Produzenten und Handel ein komplettes Dienstleistungsangebot im Bereich der temperaturgeführten Lebensmittellogistik.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Schafisheim suchen wir eine engagierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit als Kundenberater/in (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entgegennahme von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen zu Transportaufträgen
  • Durchführen von internen Abklärungen bei Disposition, Lager und Chauffeuren
  • Kundenanliegen bearbeiten und adäquat in unserem Netzwerk einpflegen
  • Unterstützung innerhalb des Teams und bei internen Abklärungen
  • Administrative Unterstützung der Disponenten im Tagesgeschäft
  • Administrative unterstützung im Bereich THM\-Management und Gebindebuchhaltung
  • Stellvertretung innerhalb der beiden Teams

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
  • Von Vorteil Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik und THM
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie von Vorteil Französisch und/oder Italienisch
