The posting

Christie Lites is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Administrator to support the administration, security, automation, and continued development of our enterprise Microsoft 365 environment.

This position combines broad Microsoft 365 administration responsibilities with specialized expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and integrations with external business applications.

The successful candidate will serve as a primary technical resource for Power Platform administration, workflow automation, and third-party application integrations. The position will also work closely with our existing Senior Systems Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Microsoft 365 services, providing additional administrative coverage and technical redundancy.

We are seeking a well-rounded Microsoft cloud professional who possesses strong troubleshooting and automation skills, can independently manage complex Power Automate integrations, and has practical administrative experience across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Expert-level knowledge of every Microsoft 365 service is not required. However, candidates must demonstrate solid Microsoft 365 administrative experience, a strong understanding of cloud identity and security, and the ability to independently investigate and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft Power Platform Administration and Development

Serve as a primary technical resource for Microsoft Power Platform, with particular emphasis on Power Automate and business application integrations.

  • Develop, modify, maintain, and troubleshoot Power Automate cloud flows supporting business operations.

  • Develop and maintain integrations between Microsoft 365 and third-party business applications such as Zendesk and other SaaS platforms.
  • Work with REST APIs, HTTP requests, JSON, webhooks, custom connectors, and API documentation.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot authentication methods, including OAuth 2.0, API keys, bearer tokens, and service-to-service authentication.
  • Modify existing integrations to accommodate changes in vendor APIs, authentication requirements, or business processes.
  • Troubleshoot workflow execution failures, connector errors, authentication failures, and data processing issues.
  • Implement error handling, retry logic, notifications, and monitoring for critical business workflows.
  • Manage Power Platform security, environment permissions, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and licensing.
  • Administer Power Apps, including application permissions, data connections, and troubleshooting.
  • Support modifications to existing Power Apps applications and associated workflows.
  • Maintain technical documentation for automation solutions and integrations.

Essential capability: The candidate must be able to independently analyze and modify an existing Power Automate workflow that integrates with an external application. This includes implementing changes to API authentication, such as transitioning an existing integration from API-token authentication to OAuth 2.0.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
