Verantwortungsvolle Position im Rechnungswesen Privatklinik für Psychotherapie – Münster Innenstadt

Sie möchten Ihre Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen in einer verantwortungsvollen Position einbringen und aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung moderner Finanzprozesse beitragen?

Für unsere renommierte Privatklinik im Herzen von Münster suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die die Verantwortung des Rechnungswesens übernimmt und den Bereich mittelfristig gemeinsam mit der Klinikleitung und dem Steuerberater weiter entwickelt.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Hauptverantwortung, in Abstimmung mit dem Steuerberater, für die Finanzbuchhaltung unserer deutschen GmbH
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zum externen Steuerberater (Abstimmungen, Abschlüsse, steuerliche Themen)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, HR und weiteren internen Bereichen
  • Fachliche Schnittstelle zur externen Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung
  • Vorbereitende Tätigkeiten für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater
  • Erstellung des internen Reporting (insbesondere monatliche BWA)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Prozesse und Strukturen im Finanzbereich

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, z. B. als Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d), idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder vergleichbarer Erfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
  • Erfahrung mit DATEV oder vergleichbarer Software
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen
