Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine dynamische, engagierte Persönlichkeit als

HR\-Fachfrau oder HR\-Fachmann Administration und Payroll 80–100 %

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten für die ca. 150 Mitarbeitenden der CMS:

* Salärmanagement: Lohnbuchhaltung, Zeiterfassung, Sozialversicherungen, Jahresabschlussarbeiten

* System\-/Datenpflege, Auswertungen, Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau des HR\-Systems (Abacus), um möglichst effiziente digitale Prozesse zu gewährleisten

* Personaladministration: Eintritte, Austritte, Mutationen, Verträge, Korrespondenz

* Projekte: Reorganisationen, Systemeinführungen etc.

* Jährliche Personalplanung inkl. Erstellung Budget

* Jährliche Lohnrunde

* Personalmarketing\- und \-betreuungsaufgaben

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Grundausbildung

* Zusatzausbildung im HR/Payroll (eidg. Fachausweis/Diplom, CAS, DAS oder MAS)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Salärmanagement (Lohnbuchhaltung, Sozialversicherungen, Zeiterfassung) und in der HR\-Administration

* Ausgeprägte Systemaffinität und Kenntnisse von HR\-Tools (Abacus\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil)

* Strukturierte, gut organisierte Arbeitsweise

* Freude an klaren Prozessen und hoher Datenqualität

* Selbstständigkeit, Engagement und Eigeninitiative

* Erfahrung im Personalmarketing und in der Personalbetreuung von Vorteil
