Job Summary We’re looking for a Production Operator to support the processing and repair of critical aerospace components used throughout the aviation industry. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you will operate production equipment, prepare materials, perform quality checks, and help ensure products meet strict customer and regulatory requirements. What you do here has real-world impact—every day. Shift: 3rd shift Monday-Friday 10:00p-6:00a Shift Differential: $2 What You’ll Be Doing
Operate production equipment including coating furnaces, vacuum furnaces, grit/sandblast equipment, blenders, masking stations, and brazing equipment. Prepare, mix, and handle materials in accordance with work instructions and specifications. Load and unload parts, components, and materials throughout the manufacturing process. Inspect products and components to ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met. Follow documented manufacturing processes, work instructions, and safety procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support functions to ensure efficient production flow. Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with other manufacturing tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, specifications, and safety procedures in English. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
Nice to Have
Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience. Experience operating manufacturing equipment in a production environment. Experience working with aerospace, metal processing, coatings, heat treat, brazing, or similar manufacturing processes.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position is performed in a manufacturing environment and may involve exposure to industrial equipment, heat-generating processes, noise, and airborne particulates. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and provided. Employees must be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and safely lift and move materials as needed
