Assist with mapping value streams and identifying opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and manufacturing processes. Support continuous improvement projects focused on improving manufacturing systems and processes from the customer’s point of view. Gather input and feedback from employees to help identify improvement opportunities and support implementation of changes. Participate in team meetings, Kaizen events, and other continuous improvement activities. Support 5S and workplace organization initiatives across manufacturing areas. Help monitor improvement activities and project progress. Prepare project documentation, analysis, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
