Additional training outside the assigned shift schedule may be required based on business needs or availability. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to their assigned shift.   What You’ll Be Doing

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electronic, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and production uptime. Troubleshoot PLCs, CNC controls, motor controls, VFDs, power supplies, relay logic, sensors, and HMI interfaces. Repair and maintain vacuum pumps, electron beam systems, cooling systems, and other process equipment. Install, test, calibrate, and commission equipment to manufacturer specifications. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and engineering drawings. Document maintenance activities, repairs, calibration results, and equipment history. Support root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance. Collaborate with production, engineering, and vendor service representatives to resolve equipment issues. Assist with facility and production equipment maintenance as needed. Participate in on-call rotations, overtime, and occasional weekend support based on business needs.

  What We’re Looking For

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Ability to clearly communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and understanding technical documentation. 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, electronics, electrical systems, or manufacturing equipment repair. Ability to troubleshoot electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Experience reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Working knowledge of PLCs, motor controls, VFDs, industrial controls, and instrumentation. Experience documenting maintenance activities and performing preventive maintenance. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  Nice to Have

Experience maintaining EBPVD, vacuum deposition, thermal coating, semiconductor, or other high-vacuum manufacturing equipment. Experience with SCADA systems, robotics, automation, or advanced manufacturing technologies. Knowledge of vacuum technology, leak testing, and high-voltage systems. Calibration experience and familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance practices. Forklift experience or willingness to complete company-provided training.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
