The posting

Lead the team. Drive results. Make an impact. We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This role works 2nd shift, from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. You'll be responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while developing high-performing teams and championing continuous improvement.  What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop production employees Drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance Manage production schedules, staffing, and workflow priorities Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with Quality, Engineering, Production Control, and HR to meet customer expectations Monitor key operational metrics and drive measurable results

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience may be considered 5+ years of manufacturing leadership/supervisory experience Proven ability to motivate teams and improve operational performance Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills A positive, results-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic environment
