Als Head of Controlling verantwortest Du gemeinsam mit Deinem Team das Controlling-Setup der Chrono24 Group mit Tochtergesellschaften in Deutschland, UK, den Niederlanden, Japan, Hongkong und den USA. Dein Fokus liegt auf der Weiterentwicklung unseres Budgetierungsprozesses und Investorenreportings, sowie der Weiterentwicklung eines effizienten Kosten- und Erlöscontrollings inklusive aussagekräftiger Analysen.

Darauf kannst Du dich freuen

  • Du wirst Teil einer globalen, innovativen Tech-Firma mit namhaften Venture-Capital-Investoren im Rücken.
  • Du agierst als verlängerte Hand des CFOs – Du treibst kapitalmarktorientierte Reporting-Prozesse voran, hinterfragst Zahlen und Annahmen kritisch und lieferst dem Management belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
  • Du etablierst strukturierte Budget- und Forecasting-Prozesse und steuerst regelmäßige Soll-Ist-Vergleiche.
  • Du gibst dem Controlling bei Chrono24 zukunftsweisende Impulse, führst Dein Team als vertrauensvoller Sparringspartner und entwickelst es mit echtem Antrieb weiter.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Data-Team zusammen – insbesondere mit Data Analytics – und treibst die Verzahnung von Controlling und datengetriebenen Insights aktiv voran.
  • Du stimmst Dich eng mit den Business Units ab und stellst sicher, dass Planungsprozesse, Reportings und Analysen so aufgesetzt sind, dass sie im Arbeitsalltag der internen Stakeholder wirklich funktionieren.

Was Dich auszeichnet

  • Du bringst mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling mit – idealerweise aus einer stark wachsenden, internationalen Unternehmensgruppe.
  • Du hast erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt und hast echten Antrieb, Menschen zu fördern und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Mit Deiner Hands-on-Mentalität arbeitest Du Dich eigenständig in neue Themenfelder ein, hinterfragst Prozesse kritisch und bringst proaktiv eigene Ideen ein.
  • Budgetierung, Datenanalyse und aussagekräftige Forecasts sind Deine Stärke – Du verbindest finanzielle und operative KPIs und leitest daraus belastbare Steuerungsimpulse ab.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und überzeugend – auf Deutsch und Englisch, mündlich wie schriftlich. Herausforderungen gehst Du strukturiert an und behältst auch unter Druck einen kühlen Kopf.
  • Du beherrschst die gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen sicher (insbesondere Excel), findest Dich schnell in neue Systeme ein und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung mit LucaNet mit.
  • Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu KI-Technologien mit und nutzt diese gezielt, um Controlling-Prozesse zu automatisieren und effizienter zu gestalten.
